Service / Engineer Coordinator Salary - £27,000 - £28,000 Location – Daventry Our client is a specialist in their industry, providing a range of solutions in their chosen areas. About the role: Coordinating technician attendance within various sectors across the UK Ensuring all calls are assigned and attended Have regular communication with customers and clients Managing customer contracts, keeping them updated Liaising with supplies Monthly reporting Build and maintain relations with customers, suppliers and engineers What we’re looking for: Be an excellent team player Experience of being a service coordinator / scheduling Have attention to detail when completing tasks Excellent customer service skills Be reliable and able to work on own initiative Strong administration skills Please note that at times due to the volume of applications we may not be able to respond to each person individually.
