What We're Looking For: Experience in a professional kitchen, ideally within a luxury or premium environment. Strong leadership skills and experience managing or supervising a team. Creativity and a passion for innovation in pastry, with excellent attention to detail in both taste and presentation. Ability to work efficiently under pressure, maintaining high standards at all times. A positive and collaborative attitude, with a passion for mentoring and supporting junior chefs.
