Planned Works Surveyor

I am looking for a Planned Works Surveyor to join a Repairs & Maintenance company operating in Staffordshire. The Planned Works Surveyor will be responsible for surveys in social housing properties, overseeing a group of external contractors. Business Mileage will be provided for all site based travel.
Planned Works Surveyor duties:

• Support achieving the planned delivery budget on projects
• Lead and Manage the sites operational staff, to establish its full contribution to the organisation
• Carry out post inspections, signing off completed works

What is required for the role:

• Experience managing external contractors
• Knowledge surrounding social housing and planned maintenance
• Surveying experience for a minimum of 3 years within property
