General Builder

Are you an experienced General Builder seeking work in the Barnstaple area? We are partnering with a reputable maintenance contractor based in North Devon, looking to add a skilled General Builder to their team. In this role, you'll be responsible for carrying out responsive maintenance and repair tasks in occupied domestic properties. Key Responsibilities: Responding to maintenance call-outs to perform necessary repairs Skimming walls and ceilings Dry lining Brick repair work Requirements: A qualification in plastering or bricklaying, or proven experience in a similar role Previous experience in maintenance and repairs Your own set of tools A valid, clean driving license What We Offer: A 37-hour work week, Monday to Friday Competitive salary Company van provided If you're ready to bring your skills to a dedicated team and take on a variety of building tasks, we want to hear from you!
