This varied role will see you managing the development and technical side of the construction process, with your responsibilities ranging from land evaluation; finding and purchasing suitable sites, to understanding building designs and considering their practicality, and overseeing contractors and teams on site. This role would suit an individual with a background in Residential Construction projects looking for a varied and autonomous role within a leading company offering the chance to work on exciting projects The Role: Building planning, including analysing drawings and evaluating land. Primarily office based, with site visits Involvement in all stages of the development cycle.
