Finance Manager

Finance Manager Full time hours - 8.30-5.00 Monday to Friday (40 hour week, 30 minute lunch) £40,000-£50,000 depending on experience Benefits - 23 days plus bank holidays, free tea and coffee , internal social events, great team to work with! Location - beautiful surroundings near Ropley, remote location must be able to drive and be a car owner Company - privately owned - an interest in agriculture and farming would be an advantage Working in a small team to oversee the finance function reporting to FD and would suit an individual who is looking to step and lead the accounts team, to provide accurate financial reporting and management information. Experience required: Month end management accounts and cashflow forecasting Monthly VAT returns Payroll experience, currently in house Preparation of information for external accountants for statutory accounts Background Seeking a qualified or similar experience individual - ACA/ACCA/CIMA Excel essential and Xero would be an advantage Previous payroll experience Some previous experience of managing staff and delegating tasks Knowledgeable in prepartion of statutory accounts and experience of implementing processes to ensure timely month end reporting Confidential Flexbile and adaptable team player with a good sense of humour We look forward to receiving your CV! 1to1 group are one of the leading recruitment agencies for jobs in Hampshire for permanent, temporary and contract recruitment solutions.
