Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to support in leading our human resources department. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and a passion for developing a positive workplace culture. You will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions including employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the companys goals and objectives. Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and promoting effective communication between management and staff. Performance Management: Lead performance management initiatives, including goal setting, feedback processes, and employee development plans. Compliance: Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. Training and Development: Identify training needs and implement development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth. HR Policies and Procedures: Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in line with best practices and legal requirements. Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a welcoming and equitable workplace for all employees. Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilise HR metrics to assess and improve HR functions and make data-driven decisions. HR Leader Support, develop and lead the HR team to deliver daily objectives and KPIs Qualifications and Essential Criteria: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; 5+ years of HR management, with a focus on strategic HR management. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in both NI and ROI. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organisation. Experience with HRIS and data analytics tools.
