Dagmar is a fast growing, high-end Scandinavian design brand headquartered in London with a well-established global customer base. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Studio Sales assistant to help us meet our ambitious growth targets over the coming years.As part of a small but rapidly growing team it is essential that you are proactive and comfortable working autonomously.Are you an organised communicator, energised by delivering an outstanding customer experience? Our team need a reliable assistant to be our first point of contact and ensure our customers receive timely and accurate communications during each project with a polished and professional energy.This is an incredible opportunity to help build a brand and be part of our journey.Key Responsibilities:• Answering emails and phone calls as the company’s first point of contact• Monitoring online sales platforms for customer enquiries throughout the day• Reliably recording enquiries on a central log / CRM and following up• Conferring with colleagues to compile prices and production timings for each order• Issuing quotes to customers and raising invoices• Sending fabric samples to customers and following up to confirm selection• Organising transport / booking couriers for UK and international delivery• Updating customer by email on the status of their order• Supporting the showroom for private viewings• Supporting with events (LDF, Clerkenwell design week and international trade shows)Required Skills:• A high standard of verbal and written English is essential; our customers expect a friendly but formal service aligned with the luxury market• The ability to record and organise tasks is crucial, gathering the required information for each enquiry and ensuring it is progressed in a timely way• Tech-savvy and able to work efficiently on email, spreadsheet and web-based platforms• Experience in an office-based role and an understanding of professional communication• An interest in furniture design and a commitment to deliver an exceptional customer experienceWhat we offer:We offer a fast-paced, demanding yet fun working environment with a young team who are dedicated to meeting our ambitious goals.
