Head Chef - New and Exciting Venue

I am looking for a Head chef to join a very exciting brand new venue in East London, I am looking for a head chef who has experience within a nice high volume restaurant and used to cooking nice fresh dishes. This venue will have a stunning restaurant with an outdoor terrace for summer guest, as well as pop up street food during the summer. Along side the restaurant will be some amazing spaces to cater for different events including canapes functions, bowl food and finger food events. You will work with the Executive chef to develop menus as the opening of this arts venue approaches, you will need to be able to manage and go with the flow with the new opening to be able to build the team and plan for the future opening. This venue with be state of the art location to show off dance and performing arts, so the food would match the creative and innovative food for both colleagues and guests. Experienced Head Chef Quality Restaurant experience is essential Managing a brigade of 6-8 This is a 7 day operation and the offer will develop and open as the site becomes busier.
