Finishing Manager

I'm currently working with a key client of a mine, a residential developer, in assisting them with recruiting of a Finishing Manager for their residential scheme based in East London. This scheme compromises off around 50 units plus. As a Finishing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing units from 2nd fix stage through to handover. There is a block of 12 units, which are due to be handed over by Christmas, with the remaining units by May. The ideal candidate must have worked on a residential scheme and have experienced in driving units to a timely and high quality standard. You must hold a valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid Cert and we are looking for someone who can start on the 4th November.
