You’ll work alongside three other dedicated paediatric dietitians in Brent and be part of a wider Paediatric Dietetic Network, benefiting from a strong support system and opportunities for professional development. Our service covers diverse settings, including outpatient clinics, special schools, and home visits, giving you the chance to make a tangible impact in different environments. What You’ll Do: * Deliver High-Quality Care: Provide therapeutic dietary treatments and expert nutrition support to paediatric clients, including those on home enteral tube feeds, across clinical, school-based, and home settings. * Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with Community Paediatricians, Therapy Teams, Nursing Staff, and other healthcare professionals as part of the Child Development Team to deliver holistic care. * Leadership and Service Development: Take a joint leadership role with fellow Band 7 Paediatric Dietitians, contributing to the development and delivery of paediatric nutrition services in Brent. * Community Engagement: Provide culturally sensitive nutrition advice and ensure services are accessible and inclusive for families from diverse backgrounds and socioeconomic groups. What We’re Looking For: * Qualifications: A degree or postgraduate diploma in Nutrition & Dietetics, with current HCPC registration and evidence of continuous professional development. * Experience: Significant post-registration experience in paediatric dietetics, including managing enteral feeding patients, and a proven track record of supervising or mentoring staff. * Skills: Advanced dietetic assessment and treatment skills, strong communication and IT abilities, and the capacity to work autonomously and as part of a team.
