Housing Options Officer

Working on behalf of a local authority, JO Recruitment are looking for Housing Options Officers. Hybrid, 2 days per week in offices in either Kettering or Corby. Full time, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday paying £22.84 per hour PAYE; which is equivalent to approximately £44K salary or £30 per hour through an umbrella. 3 monthly rolling basis to start ASAP Housing Options Advisors to carry out the function of triage and casework making decisions on homeless cases to reduce backlogs and waiting times for applications to be assessed through triage. Knowledge of part 7 of Housing Act 1996. Housing Advice, casework and negotiations with stakeholders. Basic DBS required If interested please send updated CV. MS Teams interviews to be held soon
