Learning Support Assistant Immediate start Competitive rates of pay Teacher Training and permanent employment available Ideal for a recent Graduate looking to develop a career in education or an experienced Learning Support AssistantA Learning Support Assistant is needed in a Mixed Secondary School & Sixth Form in South London. This will be a full time, long term Learning Support Assistant post. Working hours at the school for a Learning Support Assistant are 8am to 4pm. Responsibilities for this Learning Support Assistant role will include but not be limited to: Supporting identified students in 1:1, group or whole class situations Working with the teachers to ensure each student's learning needs are identified Leading small group sessions and interventions Attending to students' personal needs when required Supporting behaviour management and using appropriate strategies in line with academy policy Undertaking learning activities/teaching programmes when neededThe rates of pay for this Learning Support Assistant position will be between £90 to £100 a day, depending on the qualifications and experiences of each applicant.
