Job Advert: Electrical Supervisor Location: London Contract Length: Until March 2025 Working Hours: 8 AM – 5 PM Company Overview: Our client is seeking experienced Electrical Supervisors to join a high-profile construction project in London. They are a trusted M&E subcontractor known for delivering industry-leading engineering solutions on complex, large-scale projects. Job Description: We are recruiting five Electrical Supervisors to lead on-the-ground supervisory roles, overseeing electrical installations and liaising with the general contractor and subcontractors to ensure the project is successfully completed by March 2025. Additionally, we require three senior Electrical Supervisors to manage specific packages, including LV3, Risers, and Roofing & Externals, reporting directly to the Senior Electrical Construction Manager. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee electrical operations and supervise on-site installations * Collaborate with subcontractors and general contractor teams to meet project goals * Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications * Lead and motivate the on-site team to achieve milestones on time and within budget * Manage electrical systems and troubleshoot issues as they arise Senior Electrical Supervisor Specific Roles: * LV3 Package: Lead and manage the electrical works on the Level 3 package * Risers Package: Supervise electrical riser installations, ensuring safe and efficient operations * Roofing & Externals Package: Oversee the external electrical works, ensuring high-quality standards Requirements: * Experience: Must have previous experience in large-scale main contracting projects, particularly in M&E subcontracting or general contracting environments * Certifications: SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications required * Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical systems, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage teams effectively * Industrial Expertise: Heavy industrial or engineering experience preferred Benefits: * Competitive daily rate * Exclusive contract with potential extension beyond March 2025 * Opportunity to work on a prestigious project with a leading M&E subcontractor
