Service Manager

Job role: Registered Service Manager Sector: Learning disabilities, positive behaviour support, supported living Location: Banbury Hours of work: Full time with shared on call Salary: c. £39000 Brook Street Social Care is working with an established and well-respected provider to recruit a Registered Service Manager for their Banbury Service.You will be delivering person-centred support, promoting independence ,and supporting your clients to live as independently as possible through the implementation of positive behaviour support plans. Your duties will be varied and will include: Working closely with CQC and external provider. You will be required to register with CQC. Staff management, recruitment, mentoring and retention Supervisions and Appraisals Care Planning, Risk Assessment and reviews, to include positive behaviour support plans Compliance and Quality Assurance MDT working Budget and finance management To be successful in this role: You will have knowledge and understanding of the current legal responsibilities and standards of the service, including the need for the management and delivery of person-centred service (CQC requirements). You will be competent at building relationships with key stakeholders including the local authorities You will have proven experience as Deputy Manager/Service/Team Manager within Mental Learning Disabilities services.
