Position: Family Associate Solicitor Role Type: Permanent, Full-Time Location: Cambridge (hybrid working) Salary indications: 70,000 - 85,000 per annum Our client a top ranked Legal 500 practice based in Cambridge, who are actively seeking to recruit a Family Solicitor with a minimum of four years PQE to join our client's established department. As a Family Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and representation to clients in various family law matters. Responsibilities Handle a caseload of family law matters, including matrimonial, cohabitation agreements, ancillary relief, post-nuptial agreements, and pre-nuptial agreements. Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring their best interests are upheld. Represent clients in court hearings and negotiations, advocating for their rights and desired outcomes. Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation. Draught legal documents, including agreements, petitions, and court applications. Maintain accurate and detailed case records, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and confidentiality requirements. Candidate Requirements UK qualified Solicitor with a mimum of 4 years PQE with expertise in family law. Strong knowledge and understanding of family law legislation and procedures. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build strong client relationships and provide high-quality, client-focused service. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Salary And Benefits The annual salary for this position ranges from £70,000 to 85,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
