Assistant Quantity Surveyor

I am currently recruiting for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor for one of the UK's most successful Tier 1 Main Contractor in London. The business specialises in Student Accommodation, Hospitals, Retail, Life Sciences, Schools, Leisure and has clear progression routes to develop your career! Key responsibilities: * Measure, price, negotiate and agree budgets and costs for variations to project scope * Compile and issue site records and have a great understanding of construction techniques * Produce and maintain up to date procurement schedules * Assess subcontractor payment entitlement and process payments Requirements: * BSc in Quantity Surveying/Construction Management or other equivalent * Knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes * Main Contractor experience Please note that the working environment for this opportunity is a split between project sites in London and the clients Central London office
