Your new company
A well known Tier One contractor who required a Site Manager to work on a commercial project in Derby City Centre.

Your new role
As a Site Manager you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of construction projects. Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites.
  • Enforce safety protocols, manage risks, and address any issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders, including subcontractors, suppliers, and clients, to keep the project on track.
  • Maintain quality standards by monitoring workmanship, materials, and adherence to specifications.
  • When challenges arise, you will find solutions to keep the project moving forward.
  • Effectively communicate by liaising with team members, report progress, and address concerns.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Recent experience working on commercial project worth over £100m
  • Previous tier one working experience desirable
  • Strong management of multiple tradespeople
  • SMSTS, First Aid & either a gold/black CSCS card


What you'll get in return
  • £300 - £350 per day (PAYE rates slightly less)
  • 5 days per week
  • Minimum of 6 weeks work, likely to be longer
  • Start August 5th 2024
