2nd Line Onsite Engineer | Up to £40,000| Fully on site | London This opportunity is perfect for someone with relevant experience as a 2nd line engineer looking to take the next step in their career, could that be you? You will also be provided with leading training and development program where you can develop your skills and be supported through qualifications. The Job We’re working with a leading MSP that specialises in cloud space technology such as Office 365 and Azure. The job will be fully on site 5 days a week and day to day you will be responsible for but not limited to handling client interaction and taking full ownership of their tickets. This company is all about high quality and are looking for a sociable person who will interact with clients and maintain high quality relationships. About you You will have experience as a 2nd Line Engineer who’s worked in sociable client offices. You will possess strong analytical skills as well as having experience in cloud technology. Be able to manage client expectations whilst showcasing your strong IT skills. Strong Communication skills. Have a sound understanding of technologies such as Windows, Office 365 and Citrix, Intune will also be advantageous. Experience working in an MSP.
