CRM Operations Manager (3-Month Contract) £440-£480 per day OUTSIDE IR35 Hybrid/North London (Remote for the right candidate) CRM migration project to MS Dynamics Pet healthcare business We are working with a leading organisation in the pet health industry that is growing rapidly and embracing a digital expansion strategy. As part of this growth, our client is seeking a CRM Operations Manager for a 3-month contract to lead a crucial CRM migration to MS Dynamics. This role offers the chance to drive forward a key project, work with complex data, and make a direct impact on customer relationship management. The Role The CRM Operations Manager will oversee the migration of a CRM engine to MS Dynamics, acting as the product owner for the project. You will manage the CRM infrastructure, ensuring it supports business goals through automation and analytics. Collaborating with various teams, you’ll lead the operational execution of campaign schedules and offer analysis support for client initiatives. This role also requires a focus on data governance, reporting, and troubleshooting potential system outages. Key Responsibilities Lead the CRM migration project to MS Dynamics, managing all stages from requirements to delivery. Maintain and develop CRM infrastructure to maximise automation and support. Manage operational execution of campaigns, data processes, and client tracking schedules. Provide data analysis support for future initiatives and client-driven projects. Serve as the CRM data expert, reviewing and aligning system configuration with business goals. Essential Skills At least 5 years' experience managing CRM systems, with MS Dynamics preferred. Strong knowledge of working with complex customer databases and analytics tools (e.g., SQL, SPSS). Experience in Google Analytics and PowerBI for reporting and analysis. Excellent planning, organisation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to respond quickly to change. Ability to simplify complex data into easy-to-understand formats.
