As a Sales Manager, you will be highly motivated and customer service driven, with a high volume of customers generated by the telesales team, you will see them through the whole experience from start till finish. General responsibilities: Welcome all customers, and direct them. Be on hand to discuss car selections. Walked customers through the buying options. Close deals. To be considered you must have: 5 year's experience within the used car sales sector. Close sales deals effectively. Outstanding customer service experience. Confident mentor and coach. Happy to negotiate and keen eye for detail. Have or be happy to train for FCA Accreditation. Full UK Driving Licence.
