We manage our own residential and commercial properties located in W1, Fitzrovia, Marylebone and Primrose Hill, with a focus on exceptional service. Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of both residential and commercial properties in some of London's most prestigious areas. You will be responsible for their day-to-day management, ensuring properties are well maintained, resolving tenant issues, and ensuring Health & Safety requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Management: Oversee a mixed portfolio of residential and commercial properties in W1, Marylebone, Fitzrovia, and Primrose Hill.
- Tenant Liaison: Act as the first point of contact for tenants, handling enquiries, complaints, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Maintenance Coordination: Ensure properties are well maintained by scheduling regular inspections, managing repairs and coordinating with contractors.
- Legal Compliance: Ensure properties meet all health and safety standards and gas and electrical certifications.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in property management, ideally within both residential and commercial sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with tenants and contractors.
- Knowledge of the W1, Marylebone, Fitzrovia, and Camden areas is a plus.
