Warehouse Manager - Enfield- Circa 45K - 55K

A Warehouse Manager is required for an award winning Food brand in Greater London.

The Warehouse Manager should have a strong background in Warehouse Management, in the food industry.

Warehouse Manager Package Details:

A starting salary of between 45000 - 55000, depending on experience.
Discretionary Bonus potential based on good performance.

Warehouse Manager Responsibilities:

To manage, organise, develop and lead your individual teams.
To develop efficient areas in line with the site plan and key business plans.
Modernising and updating practices and processes ready for growth.
Development, management and ownership of functions KPI's, ensuring targets are fully met through the management and monitoring of teams performance
Develop the team to ensure a culture of continuous improvement becomes common practice.
Encourage teamwork and a supporting environment in order to improve department performance.
Develop the team using a coaching/mentoring approach.

Night Warehouse Manager Key Requirements:

A strong background in Warehouse Management, within the food industry.
People management
Strong excel skills / data driven
Good knowledge of IT systems / process
Experience with BRC standards and audits
Hands on Manager - leading by example in the Warehouse
