Good English speaker.
DBS check.
Don t need CSCS card. NVQ2/3 in carpentry.
Multi Trader - Chippy background preferred.
Working hours 8 5 (but flexible)
Monday Friday - £40,000 - £45,000
Overtime Available
Van and fuel card (Renault Traffic or Ford Transit).
Do lots schools and offices.
10 jobs that this individual might have on any given week may include.
1. Fire door set removal and instillation
2. Kitchen fitting inclusive of basic plumbing
3. Stud portioning including dry lining and tap/jointing
4. Small decorating tasks - we have a team of decorators
5. Bespoke units
6. General maintenance building tasks and small works, this could be as simple as moving a picture / basic plumbing / ease and adjust doors - windows
7. Fencing / gates
8. Ground works within parks
9. High specification and fishing work
10. Small to large refurbishment projects from £5k - £1m
