Key Responsibilities: * Lead and Develop Programmes: Oversee the design and management of vocational and professional courses, ensuring they meet both learner needs and employer demands. * Drive Student Success: Ensure effective recruitment, retention, and support for students to maximise achievement. * Business Growth: Build and nurture relationships with local and national employers to grow commercial training opportunities. * Staff & Resource Management: Support and develop a talented team of educators, ensuring efficient use of resources across the curriculum.
