Customer Services Coordinator Job Overview: My client is recruiting a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to support their Supply Chain team in a customer services position. In this role, you’ll manage customer orders, ensuring exceptional customer service by providing timely and accurate information. You will play a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with customers and collaborating with internal teams to meet and exceed customer expectations. Main Duties and Responsibilities: * Accurately enter all customer orders into ERP systems * Manage and process all order amendments * Communicate and report efficiently with customers on all aspects of customer service * Handle customer complaints professionally * Process and manage customer returns * Collaborate closely with Sales, Planning, Production, and Shipping teams to ensure customer requirements are clearly understood and met * Prepare and provide required reporting and statistics * Manage consignment stock levels * Work with the Finance team on credit management and related interactions The ideal candidate will have excellent data entry skills with a high attention to detail. Strong communication skills are essential for effective customer interaction, along with the ability to resolve problems related to complaints and returns. You must be able to work closely with cross-functional teams, such as Sales, Planning, and Production. A good understanding of supply chain processes as well as proficiency in Microsoft office, especially Excel are critical to the role
