T&D Electrical Engineer Overview: We are seeking experienced Electrical Engineers at Senior, Principal or Technical Director level to lead high-impact transmission and distribution projects. Collaborating with teams domestically and globally, you'll drive the development of resilient energy networks supporting the global energy transition. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage transmission and distribution projects from concept to delivery. Collaborate with international teams for seamless project execution. Apply expertise in power, protection, control systems, earthing, and telecommunication engineering. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. Build strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor. Contribute to business development through proposals and presentations. Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of growth. Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering (advanced degree preferred). Extensive experience at Senior, Principal, Technical Director level in transmission and distribution. Chartered Engineer status (or equivalent) is a plus. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills. Ability to work across regions and navigate regulatory standards.
