Are you a talented Private Client Director/Partner/Head of Department looking for a new challenge?

As Private Client Director, you will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of Wills & Probate work, including overseeing a team of solicitors, trainee solicitors, and paralegals. You will report directly to and collaborate with the Board to ensure performance targets are met, while also attending clients, taking instructions, and preparing cases.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Previous experience managing a team and working to key performance indicators
2. Extensive knowledge and experience of Wills and Probate work
3. 5 Years+ PQE

Preferred Requirements:

1. Must have a clean, valid Practicing Certificate at the time of applying
2. Excellent networking and communication skills
3. Excellent analytical and organizational skills
4. Experience in own advocacy is an advantage
5. Excellent IT Skills

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Qualified Lawyer with extensive Private Client Law expertise
2. STEP qualified
3. A clean, valid Practicing Certificate
4. Experience in managing a team in a legal environment
