Built as a retreat for recreation, indulgence and pleasure, Alberts Schloss offers roaring fires, raucous performances, tankards of Europes finest bier and endless entertainment through our seven nights of SHOWTIME!RESPONSIBILITIESTarget Tracking: Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the venue sales teamsTeam Management: Assessing the venue teams strengths and weaknesses to grow and develop each personSales Planning: Develop and implement strategic seasonal sales plans that expand the venues customer base and increase sales via both reactive and proactive streamsBig Black Book: Establishing strong relationships with key personnel in corporate account list for that venues location and continually building on list alongside BDMLocation Marketing: Developing and implementing new sales initiatives and strategies specific to that venues location. Including the creation of yearly calendar of city events and strategies on how to link to ASFAM trips: Maintaining and developing relationships with current clients via continuous contact and on site entertainingShowcases: Along side the venue sales team, host seasonal corporate showcasesNetworking: Attend local networking events to build relationships with local corporate accountsQuoting: Manage all large / corporate 50 pax plus incoming enquiry (non-agency)Enquiry Management: Chase corporate and 50 pax plus open enquiries to push conversionEvent Management: Ensure smooth handover of events to operations team and meet corporate clients on arrivalEXPERIENCE REQUIREDProven experience and track record in a Sales Role within a large, fast paced hospitality venue/brandDemonstrable experience leading and managing a successful sales teamsProven Proactive Sales driver with strong contacts and networking background.In-depth knowledge and experience of the Liverpool hospitality marketA deep understanding of the sector: The Importance of Prebooked Sales, and Christmas and Occasions.Experience in influencing and implementing a sales strategy in a multi-site/ multi-identity hospitality or leisure business.Experience working with Corporates/ Third parties and high net worth individuals.Use of your commercial, analytical, and data-driven mind-set to make key decisions to drive the sales proposition forward.Strong guest-focused background with the ability to identify guest wants and needs.Be an exceptional negotiator and strong communicator who can link well with all levels of stakeholders, suppliers, and accounts.An innovative self-starter who is highly ambitious to succeed and develop within a growing business.WHATS IN IT FOR YOUSalary £35,000 per annum, dependent on experienceBonus scheme up to 32% of salary per annum, paid quarterlyCompany pension50% discount on food & drink at all Mission Mars venuesFamily & friends discountFree gig tickets for Albert Hall24/7 access to free, confidential and specialist mental health/wellbeing supportAn independent culture where your ideas matterInvites to great parties and social events including our Summer BBQ and Christmas AwardsAMRT1_UKCT
