Deputy Director of Integrated Care, Inequalities and Improvement Salary: Executive Level 3 - £73,150 per annum Contracted Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week (we will also consider part-time or job share arrangements). Contract Type: Fixed Term / Secondment opportunity for 6 months, with the possibility to be extended. Closing date: Sunday 10th November 2024 at 11.59pm. We are now looking for a Deputy Director of Integrated Care, Inequalities and Improvement to join us on a full-time basis for a six-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension. What you will bring To be considered as a Deputy Director of Integrated Care, Inequalities and Improvement, you will need: - Significant knowledge and experience of working in health, social care, NHS, regulatory environment, or related fields - Experience shaping operational policy, risk management, and leading change in a complex environment - Knowledge of regulation, government policy, and sector expertise in Integrated Care, Inequalities, and Improvement - Strong collaboration and leadership skills, with experience working across multiple stakeholders What youll be doing As a Deputy Director of Integrated Care, Inequalities and Improvement, you will lead the strategy to drive improvement across health and social care services. You will work closely with colleagues across CQC and the sector, providing leadership, guidance, and support to trial regulatory approaches. Ensuring a focus on reducing inequalities and smarter regulation, you will conduct thematic reviews and implement improvement strategies.
