They are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join the well-established team, working in the office on a part-time basis.DescriptionAs the Part-Time Payroll Administrator, your responsibilities will include:Processing client payrolls accurately and efficientlyBuild a trusting relationship with clientsCheck accuracy of calculations before sending to client and HMRCBe able to calculate gross to net calculations manuallyMust be able to prioritise workload efficiently on a daily basisAssist clients with any queries they have regarding their payroll via phone or emailDownload tax notifications from HMRC website and process RTI submissions to HMRCImport and export excel files into and out of payrollCreating payroll journals and ad-hoc reportsCreate a variety of pension auto-enrolment files for onward submission to pension providers timely and accuratelyAny other ad-hoc admin work include filingProfileTo be successful in your application for Part-Time Payroll Administrator, you should ideally have:Experience working in a Payroll positionKnowledge of full start-to-end process for payroll calculationsCompetent user of ExcelGood understanding of SSP, SMP, SPPGood communication skills on email and phoneJob OfferIf you are successful, you should expect:Salary circa £25k - £31kCompetitive BenefitsOn-Site Parking
