Role Overview:
My client is seeking a talented and motivated Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about architecture and design, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates creativity, technical skill, and a keen eye for detail. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects and gain valuable experience in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of design concepts and detailed drawings.
- Produce high-quality 3D models, renders, and visualizations.
- Participate in the preparation of planning applications and other regulatory submissions.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure project delivery meets deadlines and quality standards.
- Engage in client meetings, site visits, and project reviews.
- Contribute to the preparation of presentations and reports.
- Support the team in researching materials, products, and design trends.
Key Requirements:
- A degree in Architecture (RIBA Part 2 or equivalent).
- Proficiency in design software such as Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of UK building regulations and planning policies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A creative and innovative approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- A keen interest in sustainable design practices.
