Core responsibilities: Designing and documenting solutions for clients and liaising with the team Building solutions for complex projects Assisting the pre-sales team by helping to define statements on an ad-hoc basis Oversee the customization of Salesforce applications and lead the integration with external systems using APIs, middleware, and custom development. Involved in helping to shape the declarative standards the delivery team uses Involved in architect sessions for the delivery team to solve more complex issues Stay current on Salesforce updates, new releases, and AppExchange solutions to continuously improve the technical architecture and business processes. Depending on previous experience, this role could be a people manager if previous experience is available or willing to learn how to manage individuals Requirements: At least 5 years experience configuring/managing Salesforce and delivering Salesforce projects involving Financial Services Cloud Salesforce Admin (ADM201), Advanced Admin, either Sales or Service cloud consultant and any of the architect certificates Strong experience working with Flows in Salesforce Experience working in an agile environment Experience managing discovery sessions with stakeholders/clients What we offer: Competitive salary.
