Job Title: Temporary Corporate Services Executive Officer Contract Type: Temporary (6-month contract) Salary Range: £27,897 - £28,483 (under review) Location: Belfast (Fully Office Based) Main Purpose: The Temporary Corporate Services Executive Officer will support the Corporate Services team in delivering various functions, including Finance, IT, Health & Safety, Information Governance, and Facilities Management. The role also ensures the effective operation, safety, and security of the office building. Key Responsibilities: Records Management: Identify records for disposal, arrange secure disposal, and liaise with the information governance lead. Finance Support: Conduct assurance checks on payments, raise purchase orders, input invoices, and assist with asset management. Premises and Facilities Management: Serve as the premises officer, liaising with contractors and ensuring planned maintenance works. Act as the Health & Safety Officer and maintain premises records. Procurement and IT: Manage a contract database, assist in procurement exercises, and support staff with IT queries. General Duties: Support staff induction, business continuity planning, and corporate event coordination. Provide administrative assistance across various teams and senior management. Essential Criteria: Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in administrative support within an office environment. Proven ability to manage competing work priorities under pressure. Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Word and Excel. Experience in managing health and safety issues in an office setting.
