Senior Paid Media Executive Location: Leeds Salary: £30,000 Work Arrangement: Hybrid (office-based with remote working flexibility) About the Role Go Digital Group are working with a marketing agency who is seeking a Senior Paid Media Executive to join their dynamic and expanding team. This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of digital marketing, combining the agility of a start-up environment with the support and capabilities of a full-scale marketing service group. This position is ideal for someone with a true passion for biddable media. You will be responsible for researching and analysing paid media trends, including ad revenue and web visitor data, to enhance social media presence, paid search results, and overall campaign performance. Key Responsibilities - Client Account Management: Oversee clients' paid search and social media accounts, ensuring they are optimized and performing well. - Daily Account Maintenance: Conduct daily checks on each account, providing feedback to the Account Manager on potential issues or opportunities for improvement. - Content Development: Create engaging, creative, and innovative content for regularly scheduled posts to drive results aligned with client KPIs. - Paid Media Coordination: Collaborate with clients, external agency partners, and other stakeholders to align paid media messaging with broader marketing strategies. - Data Analysis: Analyse digital advertising costs, returns, and overall paid media performance to identify areas for campaign improvement. - Campaign Tracking: Use tracking systems to gather visitor data and assess the efficacy of paid media campaigns. - Competitor Analysis: Monitor and report on competitor activity within paid media channels. - Client Communication: Assist the Account Manager in maintaining regular communication with clients, providing updates on campaign progress, performance insights, and strategic recommendations. - Skill Development: Proactively work on developing your own skill set, with support from your line manager. - Technical Strategy: Contribute to the technical strategy, supported by your line manager. Skills & Experience Essential: - Previous experience in an executive-level role, covering both paid search and paid social. - Proficient knowledge of paid media platforms, including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Snap, and TikTok. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Web proficiency. Advantageous: - Ad copywriting and content creation skills. - Proofreading and editing abilities. - Strong interpersonal skills. - Experience in customer-facing roles.
