Permanent Role: Quantity Surveyor Up to £75,000 p.a plus benefits Car Allowance / Company Car CAREER OPPORTUNITY – SALARY UP TO £75K, NORTHAMPTONSHIRE BASED, QUANTITY SURVEYOR, MULTIPLE PROJECTS, CAREER PROGRESSION, HYBRID WORKING. An opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor to join a Northamptonshire based Residential Groundworks Business on their commercial team. The client has had continual growth and is looking for an Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor to join their team to help expand the business. Duties: • Optimising contract profitability • Provide quotations to clients for variations • Comprehensive understanding of Residential Groundworks • Accurate monthly cost and value reports • All other daily tasks performed by a Quantity Surveyor Requirements: • Experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor in residential groundworks • Time management skills and meeting deadlines • Experience in value engineering • Proficient in all Microsoft packages e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint Renumeration: • Up to £75,000 • Car allowance • Paid Holidays • Pension Scheme
