We are seeking a diligent Focus Technician to join our Engineering & Manufacturing team within the FMCG industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and optimising equipment to ensure smooth operations.

Description

• Maintain and optimise manufacturing equipment for maximum efficiency.
• Identify and rectify faults in equipment to minimise downtime.
• Adhere to all safety and quality standards within the manufacturing plant.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Engineering & Manufacturing team.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
• Liaise with suppliers and external technicians as required.
• Document all maintenance and repair activities for future reference.
• Participate in training and development programmes to enhance technical skills.

Profile

A successful Focus Technician should have:

• Relevant technical qualifications in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and rectify faults in equipment.
• Strong knowledge of safety and quality standards within the FMCG industry.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
