Housing Allocation Team Leader

Have you had experience as a Housing Supply Manager? Have you had experience managing a team of housing supply, allocation and register officers? I'm excited to be able to recruit for a London Authority who are looking for an experienced manager to join the highly capable Housing Supply Team. Duties Include: Management of comments on planning applications about: affordable housing provision, availability, and delivering part VI asessments around allocation of properties. Working with local community groups and the voluntary sector to deliver affordable housing via Community Land Trusts, local housing co-operatives and Alms-houses. Working with the two development officers on the disposal of small parcels of HRA land & HRA properties. Working with the Housing New Supply Manager on the management of planning applications by partner organisations.
