You will support the Restaurant Management team and you'll be responsible for the flawless running of our breakfast, lunch and dinner operations, maintaining a cool head and positive attitude as you steer the restaurant team. You'll be passionate about giving guests the warm, intuitive service they've come to expect from Rocco Forte Hotels, and you'll draw on your outstanding leadership and communication skills to ensure those high standards are met by your team. You will lead by example – guiding team members to become adept at anticipating guests' every need and take pride in consistently exceeding their expectations.
