Engineering Team Leader

Due to an internal promotion we have an exciting opportunity for an Engineering Team Leader at our site in Llanidloes, to report directly to the Engineering Manager. They will be required to work independently as needed and have a good working relationship with production management and operators, willing to give technical advice to production when required and work within quality, hygiene, health and safety standards. To deputise for the Engineering Manager when not on site. Hours of work 4 on / 4 off - 05:00 to 17:00 - shift pattern Must be a Time/Skill-Served Fitter with 4 years Industrial Experience. Must have a mechanical/electrical aptitude. Must be able to diagnose and solve problems. IT Literate. The ability to make decisions is essential. The ability to organise time is essential. Showing initiative is essential. Good communication skills are desirable. Good interpersonal skills are desirable. Experience of poultry processing machinery is desirable. Experience within a Food Processing Industry is desirable. Experience in the use of Hydraulics and Pneumatics is desirable. TPBN1_UKTJ
