The Client My client is an award-winning Bank providing Commercial Real Estate Finance, Wealth Management and savings products. They deliver personalised financial solutions tailored to clients needs, as well as outstanding customer service. You will sit within their specialised Real Estate Team who deliver Investment as well as Development Finance. Hybrid working role with 3 days a week office based in London. Excellent Benefit Package The Role The purpose of this role is to support the Real Estate Finance team. You will be involved with assisting with the management of Real Estate team's current portfolio of facilities. This will include assisting with the following: o Investment facility rollovers o Covenant testing o Development facility drawdowns o Annual reviews o KYC reviews o Ensure CRM records are kept up to date o Liaising internally with Operations, KYC, Finance and Credit to manage the book and progress new deal opportunities. You will also get the opportunity of preparation of papers and memos for both existing facilities and new funding opportunities, support for the REF team members to analyse new funding opportunities. This is a fantastic entrant role into Real Estate Finance, key skills, experience and personal attributes required are: University degree in Real Estate or STEM subject (preferred) or Internship / equivalent experience working any of Real Estate agency, Real Estate lending or Real Estate Investment. An understanding of risk analysis and credit report writing skills. Understanding of the key terms in real estate finance transactions. Competence with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
