The Sales Operations Manager will support the country lead with all aspects ofproduct installation and maintenance in UK as we continue to expand thebusiness. The successful candidate will build and maintain strongrelationships with internal and external partners – including serviceproviders, host partners, technology and product management, and the localbusiness development team. The individual must be both analytical andcreative, seeking out ways to improve products, processes, and tools, andexecuting on those ideas. Strong interpersonal skills are also important asthe position will have frequent interaction with leadership at Amazon andpartner companies. Key job responsibilities The Sales Operations Manager will: - Manage the end-to-end installation and maintenance process for Pickup AndReturn Points. - Execute service roll-out on-time. - Drive continuous improvement projects in installation and maintenanceprocesses, as well as cost reduction. - Monitor performance of service providers such as installation andmaintenance partners, and internet service providers, and escalate issues asneeded. - Identify through analysis and execute on opportunities to improve customerexperience and performance, including raising the bar for Operations KPIs. - Participate in strategic projects, including new product and featurelaunches, process improvements, and geographic expansion. - Partner with global Partner Operations Program Managers to innovate onbehalf of the business and develop best practices. - Develop materials for service providers and host partners. - Report on daily, weekly, monthly KPIs and projects to senior leadership. - Promote and develop an environment which is receptive and adaptable tobusiness change. ### BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- A degree related to engineering or similar as the position requirestechnical knowledge - Relevant experience assessing risks and taking decisions based onassessment - Relevant experience analyzing data - Tech-literate, with ability to learn new systems quickly - Relevant experience managing multiple priorities - Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English. ### PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience in program or operations management, working with hardware andsoftware products. - Demonstrable experience managing cross-functional and regional programsinfluencing different stakeholders groups. - Experience measuringoptimizing performance. - Experience managing third party resources on a national scale - Knowledge of SQL, advanced Microsoft Excel - Six Sigma or Lean certification Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
