The setting is a beautiful town house boasting a 50-cover restaurant, a bustling events space and private members' club. Lantana leads the creation and operational delivery of this one-of-kind customer experience on behalf of our client, political and cultural magazine Unherd. We are currently recruiting for a Chef de partie to join us; could it be you? What Youll Be Doing: Preparing our delicious food Plating food to spec Taking responsibility for food safety Working in different parts of our kitchen Supporting your Sous Chef and Head Chef What Well Be Doing In Return: Developing your skills for whatever your future career might be; with us or elsewhere An extra day off on your birthday (or the day after.)!
