Due to continued growth and demand for their products they now urgently need a Head of Software Engineering to meet demand for their products. This role would suit a seasoned Head of Software Engineering who has a strong background using Ruby on Rails.   The Head of Software Engineering will work with the R&D team to bring new solutions to life. This role is Hybrid within the UK. The team work in the office x2 times per month. To be a successful, the ideal Head of Software Engineering candidate will have: ·        A strong career background in Ruby on Rails (or willing to learn) ·        Hands on with AWS and Mongo ·        Experience of leading and growing a team of software engineers ·        Excellent communications and commercial skills What is in it for you?
