HGV Class 1 ADR Driver

StaffCo Direct are operating as an employment business and actively recruiting for Class 1 ADR Drivers for a company based in Bradford.

We are looking for highly motivated Class 1 ADR Day & Night Drivers with valid licenses, who can take on the company s ethos and assist us in the support of our client s day-to-day operation.

Remuneration (Umbrella Rates):

Monday to Friday Days - £20.62

Monday to Friday Nights £21.80

Responsibilities:

• This will involve driving curtainside trailers doing local or nationwide multidrop deliveries.
• Some drops may include handball however most are forklift off.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents or delays
• Start times between 05:00 & 09:00 or 16:00 & 20:00

Experience/Skills & Competencies:

• HGV1/ LGV1 UK-issued License is required (Must have license for at least 12 months)
• Current and Valid CPC and Digi Tacho
• Valid ADR Licence
• No more than 6 penalty points (no IN DR or DD codes)
• Experience driving container loaded trailers
• Excellent knowledge of the UK road network
• Great communication skills
• Professional attitude
