Key Account Manager - Beauty / Cosmetics

Your new role As a Key Account Manager, you will manage and nurture key retail, e-commerce and wholesale accounts both in the UK and globally. Your key duties will include: Identify opportunities to expand product listings, introduce new products and increase market share with your key retailers. Drive growth by aligning sales strategies specific to each account Analyse account performances and provide regular reports and forecasts Monitor stock levels and ensure the brand is capable of meeting demand Collaborate with retail buyers to align on marketing initiatives Customer service management support; managing sales order processes, acting as a first point of contact for retailers and providing an effective aftercare service Identifying new business opportunities What you'll need to succeed Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role within the beauty or luxury industry. Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels. A data-driven approach with strong analytical skills to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make informed decisions. Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritise tasks effectively. An entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and driving results. Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to deliver compelling commercial arguments. Experience in managing customer service or after-sales processes, with a focus on resolving account-level queries efficiently.
