Person needs to be at a level where she / he can challenge and contribute to strategizing DORA metrics (via Google): Deployment Frequency, Lead Time for Changes, Time to Restore Services, Change Failure Rate Wireframe designed and stakeholder buy-in won Script writing begun and initial changes
