Are you looking for the opportunity to join a global FM company as a site manager on a contract/ interim basis?   Job Description: You will be required to supervise a team, carrying out the refurbishment of commercial offices which will consist of the below: Generator replacements Fire door upgrades/ replacements Stairwell refurbishment consisting of lighting/ fire exit/ disabled lift installs Scaffold erection Providing permits Health & safety assessment   Qualifications required: SSSTS or SMSTS First Aid RAMS Screening process will be required by the onsite client for security clearance   Details: Contract start date: 4th December (minimum 2 month contract) Pay rate: £37.18 per hour  Working hours: 8:00 – 17:00   For more information regarding this role, please contact Michael Stephens on (phone number removed)
