Job Description

We are seeking a Business Director to lead our client's UK business. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a leading innovator in digital experiences and play a crucial role in driving regional growth, sales strategies, and team management.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will oversee the UK business, including Sales, Account Management, AV, and Project Delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commercial Development: Drive market area growth by managing revenues, direct costs, and sales margins. Prepare and review the annual budget, manage the pipeline, and forecast revenues and costs.
  • Sales Management: Oversee and lead sales staff, manage compensation, benefits, and bonuses, and define and review sales budgets.
  • Team Leadership: Coordinate with Pre-Sales, Solution Design, Inside Sales, Account Management, Music Production, Video Production, Project Management, and Purchasing teams.
  • Supplier Relations: Collaborate with the Group Purchasing or Operations Department to manage supplier relationships.
  • Operational Support: Assist Group Management with personnel, indirect costs, marketing, and market operations.
  • Compliance: Monitor compliance with company regulations, including Health, Safety, Security, and internal codes of conduct.

The Successful Applicant

  • Sales Experience: Minimum of 10 years in Sales, with at least 5 years in the digital signage or related industries.
  • Multinational Exposure: At least 5 years of experience in multinational corporations.
  • Sales Network Management: Proven experience in sizing and managing sales networks.
  • Skills: Market analysis, sales target definition, bid and ROI management, hunting, and business development.
