We are looking to recruit a full-time Security Officer to join our dedicated and thriving Security Team. The role covers a wide range of tasks including implementing and acting on emergency and safety procedures, access control, CCTV, car park management, the implementation of health and safety and other associated tasks.
The Security Officer will often provide the first impression of the school and therefore it is critical that they are always professional, diplomatic, authoritative and dresses appropriately for the role.
Working hours: The post is full time. Working hours are shift-based Monday to Sunday, average 40 hours a week. Hours of work will be 06:00 - 18.00 based on:
a typical shift of 9 hours including two 15 minutes unpaid breaks and one 30 minutes unpaid lunch.
start times varying from 06:00 to 09:00 unless specific needs dictate otherwise.
